I hired two new sitters these past three days so that way I was hoping to have a sitter when I needed one. So that brings my sitter count up to five, you'd think that'd be enough. Obviously it's not because the girl I hired yesterday called me at 8:30 am today to tell me that she can't sit for me tonight. I figured well, I'll just go to the other girl that I hired over the weekend (which also now has a job with me at the pizza place) and so now I no longer have a sitter since "The Hubby" is out of town again.

So the point behind this whole thing is just to say that I probably will  put my notice in just because this job is not worth it. My boss got ticked off because the one time I call in because none of my five sitters can sit for me tonight. So the job's just not worth it and I'll just  take some time off and go some place else that will be more like a normal job.

At least "N" will be starting Pre-K in a few days so then maybe it will help him calm down. Oh yeah, I interviewed two girls yesterday and because I don't let the kids watch TV one got scared away. She says, "I'm not used to watching kids that are going all the time and that I have too many rules." My rules are: No running in the house. Use time outs when needed, and they only get their milk only at meal time. Other than that YOU, THE SITTER, has to entertain them. You are paid to entertain them, NOT paid to watch them watch TV.

I'm really fed up with people. Life is too short to deal with idiots. I'm to the point right now just to say eff you and walk away. At least my house is clean right?
