My son received this as a gift when he turned two years old. Since he loves music and learning he really loved this. You can hang it either on the fridge or any metal door and it works fine. He learned the alphabet by putting the letters in the house and the toy would teach him the phonics of the letter. We were in the process of teaching him his alphabets and the toy just helped him learn even faster.

Within two weeks he was able to tell me what each letter was and able to sing me the ABC's. The bad thing at that time (which they have fixed) was that it was only able to do upper case letters and so we had to teach him the lower case letters. Either, way it's a really fun and educational. I will say that after a while the songs do get old but kids do learn from repetition so it's all good in the end. Do go out and buy this for your kids and they will really love it!!
