Saturday was date night and "The Hubby" has been looking at this game forever and finally decided to treat himself by buying it.  Usually when he buys games like Fable or Halo I just watch and never play but this one reminded me of Rise Of Nations (which I totally love) and I started playing it Sunday night.  I was defeated the first time but then I actually ended up winning the next game which took me about three hours to play, on easy.  I play a little bit each ... We ended up buying this about a month or two ago and I don't know how I did without it.  I had a MicroTek for about five years and finally threw it away.  The Epson is amazing, I have so many boxes of slides that it's not funny and this scanner does and AMAZING job scanning them that you can't even tell that it was a slide.  You can also do negatives but I haven't tried that yet.

You can scan more than one picture at a time and it's smart enough to know there's more ... (read more)

I received this product from Symantec a few weeks ago, and have had a good chance to try it out.  Overall, I like the Norton 360 product.  It combines some of the standard security software I like with some software I didn't know I would like.  I had McAfee installed and removed it.  I wasn't sad to see it go.  I really didn't like McAfee, it didn't stop one virus from infecting my computer and I don't think it did much.

Norton 360 installation was pretty ... (read more)

With having the extra rooms in the house, we wanted to give our guests the feeling of being in their own bedroom. One night we were out at Circuit City and came across this combo TV and thought it would be nice since everything was in the TV. It ended up being fairly inexpensive compared to buying the TV, the cables and the DVD player. We get it home and it's ready to go, just plug and play.

I don't like it because there are so many, small buttons on it that the DVD buttons aren't ... (read more)

In "N's" quest for learning, I had done a lot of research and decided to buy this instead of the Leapster L-Max because I didn't want to pay the extra $20 to let "N" sit in front of the TV, since that one can hook up to it. Leap Frog has around 42 different games out and just so you know, the L-max games can be played on the regular Leapster. I also bought the rechargeable battery pack since I figured that he would play it and batteries are expensive for it.

I ... (read more)

We have had this for less than six months and here is what we think about it. It's overpriced for what it is. The scheduler to brew the coffee sucks to use because even though we did what the instructions told us to do, it never seems to work. You have to clean out where the bean grinder is a lot or else it won't grind or it will just give you hot water. The alarm to let you know that it's either done or that something is wrong is very quiet. And it's very big.

So you ask, is there ... (read more)

This is a really cute and fun dinosaur. "N" doesn't play with him much anymore but I still do. He's cute because he has three different modes he can be in, play mode, attack mode and I think it's curious. He's play mode is soo cute that it almost makes me want a dog. It is a lot of fun to play with and it's even better when an animal is scared of it. I mean that in a funny way because the cat freaks out every time the robot comes near him and the cat's tail gets huge.

The robot comes ... (read more)

I have read other reviews from different places after I bought it and it didn't get a lot of good reviews. I haven't had a problem with ours and we've had ours for over a week and a half and have used it twice. We also have taken two car trips. I don't care if the player comes with interchangeable faces because  didn't buy it for that reason. I bought it because it was fairly inexpensive, had two screens (can only play one DVD thought, no big deal), two head phone jacks and came with ... (read more)

"The Hubby" bought this for his birthday present and I use it every now and then. I play Tiger Woods and watch The Family Guy on it. I think the PSP is a cool thing but I don't like it because it's an all in one kind of thing. It seems to me that it's harder to play than say a regular controller. I love to play Tiger Woods and it's really difficult for me to play it on the PSP with that small of a thumb stick. The volume doesn't get that loud unless you have headphones and you can adjust how ... (read more)

This has to be the greatest game ever made. I have it for the Wii and it's cool because is uses the Wii-mote and as you get into the music (waving the guitar around)it knows and it gives you added points. It's also cool because it does have Rock Legends like KISS, GNR, and all the cool bands.

As you get farther into the game you have to to "Rock Battles". You even get to guitar battle Slash, among other people. With the battles, you aren't really ever going to be able to ... (read more)
