This isn't my normal product review but instead a web site campaign review. It's a campaign that Vicks has going until January 31, 2008. It's called Vicks Caring Campaign and the goal behind this is for anyone who has cared for anyone or been cared for to send in a two minute video about why you or the person you're nominating should win. The Grand Prize Winner gets a week long stay and airfare to (read more)

When the kids were young I spent the money and bought Pampers, don't get me wrong they are very nice. Now that "O" is older and won't potty train, I no longer splurge on the more expensive diapers. The Target brand is a good quality to me if not better. To me it seems to be able to hold more than the Pampers brand. They don't seem to break as easy (overnight) and seem just as nice.

In our quest for going natural, I came across a natural diaper ointment by Burt's Bees. It does work very well for "O" since she won't potty train and gets a lot more diaper rash. I love ... (read more)

I actually found out about this as I was stocking my shelves at work and it intrigued me. The kids don't have the greatest brushing habits and I thought this would make it more fun for everyone involved. You know what? I was so right. This brush is different because the bottom of them you have to move and it lights up and that way the kids know how long to brush their teeth for. As I have said in a previous post that we are trying to go more natural with things that we use and I found this awesome line from Burt's Bees and this bar I picked up and I didn't do much research on it but since I could ... (read more)

This DVD is good because it has two 20 minute workouts for your abs. I didn't like it at first because after I did the first 20 minutes I turned it off because I didn't feel anything and put the DVD away. Man I really felt it that night and the next day I did both workouts and really enjoyed it.

You may or may not feel it right away but when you go to bed you will feel it. It feels great and now I try to do this DVD along with my (read more)

While I was pregnant with "N" I wanted to still do yoga but wasn't too sure if I should still my yoga for dummies, so I took a prenatal yoga class through the hospital. It was really nice, relaxing and invigorating. Unfortunately the instructor didn't bring the paper with our poses on it so we could do them at home. I bought a lot of prenatal yoga DVD's and I really like this one.

It shows you how you can do the yoga poses whether you just found out you are pregnant all the way up to ... (read more)

I first had this on VHS and when we moved to Phoenix we got rid of our VHS player. It took my forever to find it on DVD and when I did I was soooo happy!!! This is a great DVD to get into yoga with. It's just the basic stuff (not Hatha yoga unless you select intermediate) and really easy to do. You get an awesome workout and feel great after doing it.  I try to do this DVD twice a day and my posture feels better and I'm more relaxed.

If you are looking to get into yoga but are ... (read more)
