We bought two if these about five months ago. It's a cool phone/Palm and it can also do internet, SMS, check email, a lot of stuff. When I bought them I also added the internet because "The Hubby" said he would use it. I never did and he did but not to call for spending the $40 a month or whatever the cost was.

What I really like about it is that I don't have do re-enter my contacts because it can sync right from Outlook. It's nice because it doesn't play around with the contacts like what Motorola's Phone Tools does. For what I use the phone for (to call people sometimes, SMS, date book, and the occasional camera phone) I should have waited until they were cheaper.

It is a good sturdy phone. I have dropped mine on several occasions and the only thing wrong with it it there's a little speck of silver missing from the upper left hand side of the phone.

I really do like the phone and I honestly do know what I would do without it even though I don't use many of the features but it is pretty user friendly.
