This is a really good book for kids who are 10 years and older.  I thought that if I got it, I could read it to my 5 year old.  It's way too graphic for him yet so I tried to read instead. Without giving anything away too much here's the gist of it.  When Daniel was three years old his parents were murdered while he was playing in the basement.  He can transform himself into anything he needs to get him out of trouble or in the case as he gets older, find and kill the aliens on "The List".  "The List" is what the name implies, a list of very dangerous aliens and now it is his job to save the Earth from them.

If you're child is into fiction/sci-fi/fantasy then this is the book for them.  It has been gauged towards the older boys (or girls) but it is still a good book for the older kids to read.  Since I don't have kids over the age of 5 I can't tell you really what age it is meant for so you have to be the judge.  To me, it's a good book for kids to just let go, not think about real life and just to try and imagine themselves being this person and then also how they would use the powers if they had them.

Just so you know that this book is really meant for young readers maybe teens.  Feel free to check out Amazon and decide for yourself.
