I have read other reviews from different places after I bought it and it didn't get a lot of good reviews. I haven't had a problem with ours and we've had ours for over a week and a half and have used it twice. We also have taken two car trips. I don't care if the player comes with interchangeable faces because didn't buy it for that reason. I bought it because it was fairly inexpensive, had two screens (can only play one DVD thought, no big deal), two head phone jacks and came with two pairs of head phones.
People have complained about their kids being to young for the headphones, that may be true but you can go out and buy other headphones for it. It is pretty much plug and play, it just hangs on the back of the seat. I'm not a big fan of that because it does wobble a bit because of the type of headrests we have in the Murano, it does with mounting straps to help hold it in but it's hard to fit it in since the strap is so stiff and the space is so small and haven't put it on yet.
The volume is ok on it, the picture quality is good. It is after all a 7" screen, not a normal daily use TV set. It does the job keeping the kids entertained on car trips. It does come with a remote control, car power adapter, AC power cord (does not have a battery), AV multi-device cable, the screens connect together and of course headphones.
If your looking for a cheap dual screen, removable DVD player that is plug and play then this is the one for you.
