This is a fun game for the family. "N" has had this for almost a year (and now we are only missing five cherries, not bad) and he, "O" and I will play it together. It's cool because he already know how to count, "O" knows for the most part how to count and they both love to spin the spinner. It did take a little while to explain to "N" what the rules of the game are, once he understood that then we were good to go.
"O" doesn't care about the rules but knows not to go out of turn. When it's just "N" and I playing we'll play for around an hour and depending on the game, one game can last up to 15 minutes. It averages out to where we both win the same amount of times and I do not let him win. When he was younger I did but know I figured that he's old enough to understand that he won't always win and ho to deal with that.
If you are looking for fun for the whole family for ages 2 and up, then this is really your game. Take it home or buy it for a little one as a gift. Either way it's fun and it's also educational. It's totally a win/win game situation.
