I gave the Jump Start to "N" to help him get ready for Kindergarten. He LOVES it. It says it's for 1st Grade Ages 5-7, "N" is 4 1/2 and it's a little above him yet since he can't read just yet. There are still other games he loves to do in it like the Math games. He has only unlocked two arcades as of yet (Reading and Math). It's a cool game because it's like a little city and you meet new people and you get to open new arcades to learn new things.
It's simple and easy to install and you are able to get Progress Reports from the games they play. It really is a cool program that the kids will really find fun. I would use it more for the ages 5 and older. If your child can read at a younger age, like early to mid 4's, I'd try it but just take it slow with them. And now through 11/28/2007 it's free shipping on all orders.
