While our daughter was away for a few weeks we bought "N" Magnetix because they were on sale and because I'm tired of him playing with just Hot Wheels and Thomas The Train.  "The Hubby" and "N" sat on the living room floor for hours just making different things.  When it came time to put it some place we made sure to tell him that these DO NOT go anywhere near your face.

Since he's 5 and doesn't put stuff in his mouth I know that we are safe.  Now he keeps them in him room and he plays with them all the time.  He really enjoys how they just connect to each other.  He enjoys learning how things work and this is a very fascinating toy for him.  This is one of the toys that he still play with on a daily basis.

These are very strong magnets and should not be played with near a computer and is also a choking hazard.  WARNING: If more than one piece is swallowed by a child it can cause death.  Make sure that you kids understand what can happen and how this toy should be handled.  If there are kids under the age of 3 years in the house, DO NOT BUY!!!

If your kids are older and understand not to eat them then they'll love this because they can make anything their hearts desire.  As they start to enjoy this toy there are tons of add-ons like the Tin with building arm, the I-coaster, and big carrying cases.  This is something that the whole family can play with and a lot of the time have more fun playing with this than anything else.

So if you have a builder with a huge imagination, then this is the toy for you!
