This is a really cool thing that I wished I had five years ago when we had you first child.   This tote is able to go anywhere with you and is nice because it is made of a molded plastic.  It won't replace a file cabinet but it's a nice thing that you get into on a often basis and/or travel with kids.  It also comes with six plastic folders to help you with beginning your organization.

I have been playing around with it for a little while and it will last.  The only thing about it is that I have to turn the tote sideways to press on the clasp so it will open.  It is very sturdy and I doubt will ever break (since I play with it a lot).  If you do buy it and decide that you don't like it, they do have a return/exchange policy that I think is fair.  It says, "My Mommy’s Tote return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. Our return process is easy. Totes are refundable for purchase price minus actual shipping costs within 30 days of receipt to the same credit card it was purchased on. Totes must have all 6 dividers, Emergency Contact Info Card and tag intact. Returns must be requested via email. We cannot accept returns that do not meet this criteria."  If you have any questions at all about the product, please don't hesitate to contact them.

It is priced at $23.00+ shipping.  You can also choose between Chocolate Brown and Baby Blue or Chocolate Brown and Baby Pink.  I ended up getting the brown and blue one, since we've been buying lots of pink.

It is a nice tote to have.  It's able to travel, keep the things that you need constantly in one place (shot records, coupons, etc.), it comes with some folders and it's made of a durable plastic.
