With having the extra rooms in the house, we wanted to give our guests the feeling of being in their own bedroom. One night we were out at Circuit City and came across this combo TV and thought it would be nice since everything was in the TV. It ended up being fairly inexpensive compared to buying the TV, the cables and the DVD player. We get it home and it's ready to go, just plug and play.
I don't like it because there are so many, small buttons on it that the DVD buttons aren't where they should be. There are times when I want to watch TV while I run on the elliptical machine and the cable on the TV doesn't work. It's very touchy.
I guess I can't complain for a $200 convenience since I don't use it that often. So if you're looking for a TV that won't be used a whole lot and aren't too concerned with space, this is the TV for you. If you're looking for an everyday TV, keep looking. Did I mention that this is a tube TV? Yeah so it's a little on the heavy side and huge in the size factor. But like I said it was a cheap TV that had a DVD player in it for guests.
