I did get my pillow this past Christmas and I still love this thing, especially after all of my surgeries.  For a few months I was stuck just sleeping on my back, having an ileostomy makes for an uncomfortable side sleeping position, and there were times where I was a little stiffer than I'd like to be.  The Symphony is really meant for side sleeper but you can use it for back sleeping.  Luckily I didn't have to be a back sleeper for too long.

After having this pillow for nine months, I don't know how I did without.  I do flip my pillow every night because I want to wear it down evenly.  Plus I like flipping stuff like mattresses, pillows and things like that.  I don't think you have to flip as often as I do.  Some nights I do find that I physically sleep heavier than others and when that happens, my piercing's and ear tends to hurt a little bit.  We have other pillows on the bed and I never lay on them because I know that my symphony pillow is the most comfy pillow ever.  I really still want to try the body pillow though.

If you are looking for a really good night's sleep and a pillow that will not fall apart on you, then really try this pillow.  I had a really hard time sleeping in the hospital without it but I wasn't going to bring it up and get those germs on it.  This will be one of the best $99 you'll spend.  I can't to this day even explain the comfort of it.  I know that I go to bed looking forward to my pillow and enjoying my sleep.  It's now to the point where I don't even want to get out of bed in the morning because I'm just so comfortable, I can only imagine what the beds will feel like.
